The basic answer here is that it varies. Many cases settle through negotiations that occur prior to trial. This is the quickest way to resolve the matter and can be as quick as several months. Other times, the opposing party is not willing to settle for a reasonable amount. In this case, our firm will litigate the case until there is a resolution. We have the necessary tools and experience to maximize the award and keep our clients informed of our progress. This process can take much longer, but is sometimes necessary for our clients to get appropriate compensation for damages caused by their auto accident.
